We want you to love your Aseel sunglasses. If they are not right for you, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery for any order placed at houseofaseel.com.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with the case, cloth and packaging.
• Items bought with a discount code or on final sale may not be eligible.

How to return

1. Email us at contact@houseofaseel.com (or use our Contact page) with your order number.
2. We will send you the return instructions and address.
3. Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged, email us at contact@houseofaseel.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
