Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States and Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery time

Delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or because of carrier or customs delays.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will try to update it before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
