Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all orders placed at houseofaseel.com.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn and in their original condition, with the case, cleaning cloth and original packaging. Items bought with a discount code or on final sale may not be eligible for return.

How to start a return

Email us at contact@houseofaseel.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
